Humanities Club

The Humanities Club works to promote an understanding of the humanities with the Program and across the humanities disciplines. It encourages community involvement through cultural experiences  such as plays and concerts, as well as through analysis and discussion of various works in the discipline, such as literature, art and philosophy.

  • Be a part of the book club with the Literaria Society: get discounted books and participate in discussions in The Coveted Book Club, Tuesdays, UMC 450, 6 p.m.
  • Join the staff of the national creative journal: Palimpsest
  • Participate in the exciting Cross-disciplinary Consortium and work on the Consortium journal
  • Attend weekly meetings for lively discussions on everything from film to philosophy, Thursdays, Ketchum 231, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
